Just finished another helping of turkey and dressing, candied yams. I’m thinking of cutting the pecan pie. The nutritionist said I could just enjoy myself today and I took him at his word. Tomorrow it is back to eating sensibly with salmon, soup, brown rice. That slice of pecan pie sounds good.
